There is race day packet pickup starting at 5:45am . Please try to pick up no later than 6:30am.

Triathlon- Swim 500 meters, Bike 10.5 miles Run 3 miles
Duathlon-Run 1.1 miles, Bike 10.5 miles, Run 3 miles
Mighty Montauk Triathlon
Choice of three different distances:
Sprint, Olympic or Half Iron Man
Mighty Hamptons Triathlon
Race takes place at pristine Long Beach in Sag Harbor with a wonderful 1.5K swim in Noyac Bay, followed by a rolling scenic 23.8 mile bike tour of the Hamptons and finishing with a fast, flat 10K run through the quiet scenic streets of North Haven.

Smith Point Triathlon
The Smith Point Triathlon starts at Smith Point County Park, with a fast 500 meter Narrow Bay swim and continues on to a flat and fast 16K bike ride over the Smith Point Bridge to Wertheim National Refuge and back, followed by a scenic 5K run over the bridge ending at the Atlantic Ocean.

DISTANCES
Swim - 1 Mile • Bike - 22 Miles • Run - 6.2 Miles
AGE DIVISIONS: Men and Women: 18-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 and over.
AWARDS: 1st three positions in each age division. Trophies and prize money to 1st, 2nd & 3rd overall male and female. Prize money amounts to be announced one week before race. 600 entrants must be achieved for prize money to be awarded to 1st, 2nd & 3rd place
overall. Clydesdale Division, must be 200 lbs. minimum. Athena - 150 lbs. minimum.

Tri By The Bay Triathlon "A Town of Islip Triathlon"
Join us at The Northwell Health TRI by the BAY "a town of islip triathlon" Swim 750m in the Great South Bay, ride 11 miles through the Town of Islip. Finish with a 5k run through the local bayside community.
