Sayville Running Company 10 Mile Run to the Blue Point Brewery
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE TIME LIMIT FOR THIS RACE IS 2 HOURS AND 15 MINUTES.
Packet pickup will be available on the following days at the Sayville Running Company, 49 Main Street, Sayville: (please note: the shirt size you requested is the shirt size you will be given)
Wednesday, January 11 and Thursday January 12, noon to 7 and Friday, January 13th noon to 6. Another runner CAN pick up your packet for you.
If you pick up on one of the days above you will get an additional ticket to the raffle. Day of race pickup will be available at the Brewery from 6:45 to 8:00 am but is not encouraged. Please try to pickup beforehand.
Registration is closed and no additional registrations are available. The option to transfer your registration has also passed.

2016 Brewery Run Day of Race Instructions
BREWERY RUN INFORMATION
Please DO NOT give your bib to another runner. When we plan for the race we expect that some people will not be able to attend, so we have no waiting list. Anyone giving away or wearing someone else's bib will not be allowed to enter any of our future brewery runs - and we would hate to do that to anyone! Unfortunately no guests will be allowed.
Another reminder: there is a cut off time of 2 hours and 15 minutes which we have to strictly enforce in order to comply with our permits. Runners will be allowed to finish but they are not guaranteed course support and they will not receive a finishing time.
We do have a baggage check which will open at 7:00am, please affix the tear off on your race number to your bag, space is limited so no large bags please! Signs to the baggage check will be posted, there is also a small changing area.
Race starts at 8:15am. While enjoying the beautiful course please don’t forgot to thank our hardy volunteers! When you finish please remember your race number is your entrance to the party so please hold onto it!
All those who pick up at the store will be given an extra raffle ticket to our great drawing which includes a TV and many other great prizes. You can find your tickets on the back of your bib. Raffle prize award winners will be displayed on a board inside the tent.
Don’t forgot to bring a non perishable food item to help local families in need.
NEW THIS YEAR: We are only presenting awards on stage to the first three Male and Female Open and Masters OA. All other award winners are invited to pick up their coveted glass awards at the awards table in the back tent.
Results will be posted on the wall at the entrance to the Brewery and in the back tent on rolling screens, where you will be able to download a paper copy of your results. Look out for the staff in light blue JF timing caps with tablets who will be roving with results! Results will also be posted online at www.glirc.org and www.justfinish.net.
Free beer will be available until 11:45AM. However we have two bands this year, Generations and Soundswell and the party will be continuing well into the afternoon! Please stay and enjoy the tasting room . As always please drink responsibly.
We strongly encourage all entrants to carpool and have a designated driver as parking is limited. A map of the available parking areas is on the back of this sheet. Please allow plenty of time to get to the start.
