The Adult Race is a 3 mile run along the beach and a then a 300 yard ocean swim which start at 9:00 am
The Teen Race is a 1 Mile run along the beach and then a 150 yard ocean swim which will start at 8:30 am
The Childrens Race is a 1/2 Mile run  along the beach and then a 50 yard shallow swim which starts at 8:30 am

Ages 7-12 half mile run and a 50 yd shallow swim and ages 13- 15 a one mile run and 150 yd swim, races starting at 8:30 am

Adult race is 3 mile run along the shoreline and concludes with a 300 yd ocean swim with land finish.

NOTE: Race will take place rain or shine but the swim will be adjusted if conditions are dangerous. Running shoes are recommended.
