Under the guidance of our experienced running coaches you will be taken through a progressive 10 week program culminating with participation in the Farmingdale Main Street Mile on Sat., Sept. 3rd. Topics to be discussed: Nutrition, Hydration, Proper Form, Footwear/Apparel and Injury Prevention.
